Collaboration is at the heart of RTO3’s efforts to drive regional tourism development. We bring stakeholders together to align priorities, share resources, and amplify our collective impact. 

Key Activities

Strategic Alliances: Partnering with municipal governments, Indigenous organizations, and private sector stakeholders. 

Joint Marketing: Coordinating efforts with Destination Ontario and local operators to increase visibility and reach. 

Innovation in Collaboration: Encouraging cross-sector partnerships, such as integrating cultural events with culinary tourism. 

Knowledge Sharing: Hosting forums, workshops, and events to foster learning and connection among industry leaders. 

RTO3 Partnership Funding ProgramPartnering with associations, stakeholders and partners to leverage on resources and enhancing our region through strategic projects.

Advocacy and Representation: Acting as a voice for the region in discussions at provincial and national levels.
